xirrus LLC was founded in 2001. Initially focused at software development and web programming—at times, where no off-the-shelf products were available—we continously developed our offers. With increasing computational power, we added computer simulation of complex systems, which aimed at simulating things that are otherwise difficult to grasp.
Following our interests, services in the area
of measuring, documenting, and monitoring light
and darkness joined, aiming at reducing light pollution and
giving room to natural darkness.
